History

In the late 1960s, Geoff Slade founded the Slade Group. Recognised as an originator of recruitment services in Australia, Geoff has been deeply involved in the recruitment sector for over four decades and is the founding national president of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).

Geoff has for many years advocated education, training and industry qualifications for recruitment professionals and his dedication to the field of employment was publicly recognised when he was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2000 by the Australian Government for services to industry.

Geoff's emphasis on the importance of training is demonstrated in the calibre of recruitment consultants who are part of the Slade Group.
