Join this fast paced, team orientated small business working within the Sports & Leisure industry, that is presently experiencing growth, hence the need for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll coordinator.  This newly created role will work alongside and report to the AP & Payroll Manager, where you will be involved in:

•    Volume accounts payable processing and substantial payments
•    Payroll preparation, deadline processing and related compliance
•    Administrative support to the Manager
•    Initiatives for the improvement of processes and system

This role will ideally suit someone who has worked in a small-business environment, familiar with a steady stream of work with payroll peaks and is unperturbed by deadlines and a touch of chaos!  A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude is required to perform well within this dedicated team who enjoy meaningful relationships with clients and are accustomed to celebrating their success.

Required Skills & Competencies
•    Small business experience and commercial acumen
•    Volume accounts payable transactions
•    Payroll processing and related compliance
•    Competent in both MYOB & XERO payroll
•    Intermediate excel skills
•    Administrative support
