Our clients a Melbourne based privately owned and operated business located in South Yarra who are a leading brand in the health and wellbeing space.

The opportunity
They are currently seeking a full time Administration assistant to manage (with support) their online store and supplies and to provide assistance to the team when required.

The role:
The successful candidate will be well versed in working with small / medium sized businesses and be ready and willing to do what’s required throughout the day including the following:

  • Assisting with the phones – Liaising directly with clients both over the phone and face to face
  • Managing all online enquiries –new orders & order tracking, updates, complaints, problem solving, etc
  • Inventory management for the online store
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • General Administration
