Our clients a Melbourne based privately owned and operated business located in South Yarra who are a leading brand in the health and wellbeing space.
They are currently seeking a full time Administration assistant to manage (with support) their online store and supplies and to provide assistance to the team when required.
The successful candidate will be well versed in working with small / medium sized businesses and be ready and willing to do what’s required throughout the day including the following:
- Assisting with the phones – Liaising directly with clients both over the phone and face to face
- Managing all online enquiries –new orders & order tracking, updates, complaints, problem solving, etc
- Inventory management for the online store
- Liaising with suppliers
- General Administration
