This is not your run-of-the-mill, ‘typical admin’ role … we are searching for an admin Super-Star who will support a small team of specialist Consultants with operational and recruitment-related activities across project lifespans.   

A team player who enjoys being hands-on, in the trenches, primarily focused on supporting two specialist Consultants via the management of their workflow, coordination of projects, maintenance of databases, tracking of costs, generation of reports and compliance.

You will need to be a people-person who enjoys interaction and input from others.  Someone who relishes face-to-face contact, providing internal services and solutions.  More broadly and ultimately being the go-to person for all things ‘Admin & Office’.

Your immediate team is a small and efficient group of 3, that is supported by strong and stable Leadership.  This role will feel like ‘no day is the same’ and will test your attention to detail and time management skills.  Volume workflow for a small business with big business clients!

Seeking a suitably qualified and confident individual who can evidence having worked in small/medium sized, private-enterprise.  A great admin all-rounder, with Intermediate Excel skills, who will have their hands across all office responsibilities, including relief Reception. Great written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
