Flavourtech is an Australian family-owned company founded in 1987 that manufactures and exports worldwide high technology process equipment for the food and beverage industry. The company’s innovation and success were recognised in 2018 by winning the manufacturing category of the Australian Export Awards.  Today the company employs around 60 people and exports to more than 60 countries globally.

Flavourtech’s head office is located in Griffith NSW, which has a population of over 27,000 people. Griffith, is one of Australia’s most vibrant cosmopolitan centres; is home to more than 60 nationalities and is the regional centre for medical, dental and hospital facilities. There are three secondary colleges, 13 primary schools and various day care and preschool facilities.

As a member of the Engineering team, you will be tasked with the preparation of plant layouts, designing equipment and detailing fabrication drawings for the workshop and liaising with engineers, project managers and tradespersons, as such you will have developed sound verbal and written communication skills.

To be considered for this position you will hold a tertiary engineering qualification and be able to demonstrate your mechanical drafting experience. Proficiency in Autodesk’s inventor and Excel is essential and you will be well versed with AutoCAD and other 3D drafting software.

As a member of a small team, you collaborate well with your fellow employees and work with key stakeholders to solve problems with common sense, judgement and creativity.
