HR & TA Coordinator (Contract)



  • Contract Term - 4 Months - ASAP Start
  • Attractive salary package - Circa $90,000 pa (pro rata)
  • North Melbourne - 200m from train station
  • Commencing:  As soon as available
  • Initial Term:  4-month contract
  • Contract Term Earnings: circa $30,000 inclusive of super

Looking for an experienced HR / TA Coordinator highly capable of assisting an agile People & Culture team with recruitment and general HR for a business transition project that has only just commenced.

Working as part of a supportive team in a scaling P&C department, you will be someone who

  • thrives on establishing processes and systems
  • be adept at managing volume recruitment workflow via a HRIS
  • enjoy a fast-paced work environment

Your people skills will be front-and-centre as you collaborate across the business with Management & Operations as well as with other Project leaders including Assessment, Training & Development, Induction and Payroll.

Key responsibilities within this supportive business include:

  • Actively coordinate the candidate management process, including end to end recruitment and onboarding processes,
  • Create, post and manage advertisements,
  • Actively source, screen and interview candidates,
  • Pre employment checks including reference checks,

  • General HR experience
  • Extensive experience in recruitment
  • Exceptionally strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure

For Health & Safety compliance the appointed applicant must have had their first Covid-19 Vaccination, prior to commencement in the role.
