ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will see you start and lead the Adelaide office into a viable business for this ever-growing group. That said, you won’t do this alone, you will have the full support and backing of the Melbourne based Directors and the resources of your peers throughout the country. This role requires you to win new multi-disciplined building services business within the Adelaide market and grow and lead a team of engineers in Adelaide.
This role requires a self-motivated Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with RBP with a varied and established Adelaide network and a strong client base.
A number of other key strengths you will need are:
- You will also have a strong ability to win projects
- Have established client relationships throughout SA
- Be able to project lead projects across all disciplines
- Have an RBP qualification
- Experience in growing and leading a multi-disciplined team
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive Attitude that contributes to a energetic and fun company culture
- Excellent work ethic
