Flavourtech is an Australian family-owned company founded in 1987 that manufactures and exports worldwide high technology process equipment for the food and beverage industry. Flavourtech’s head office is located in Griffith NSW, which has a population of over 27,000 people. Griffith, is one of Australia’s most vibrant cosmopolitan centres; is home to more than 60 nationalities and is the regional centre for medical, dental and hospital facilities. There are three secondary colleges, 13 primary schools and various day care and preschool facilities.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you oversee the lifecycle of projects. including costing, quoting, adherence to budget and interacting with customers at all stages of the process. With a high proportion of export sales, assisting with the shipping of plants and arranging installation and commissioning are your responsibility.

You provide technical support including verifying design calculations and ensuring quality standards are satisfied throughout the design, manufacture, delivery and testing of products.
With sound computer skills you have knowledge of and experience with ERP software, AUTOCAD and Microsoft office suite including Project. A tertiary engineering qualification, whilst not essential is desirable.

You can demonstrate your ability to show initiative, think strategically and communicate effectively in both written an oral form so at to deliver financial and technical information and recommendations in a manner that is persuasive, evidence based and understood by internal and external stakeholders.

As a member of a small team, you collaborate well with your fellow employees and work with key internal and external stakeholders to solve problems with common sense, judgement and creativity.
