We are searching for a passionate Recruitment Manager to join an internal People & Culture team. You’ll be an enthusiastic and driven Talent professional with a drive to excel in this fast-paced business, where you’ll have the ability to make a real contribution, bring new initiatives to the group whilst actively involved in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
Managing a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your leadership and generalist HR skills. Working in partnership with our Business Leaders whilst sourcing great candidates across blue and white-collar roles, you will work closely with our amazing People & Culture team including Induction & Training, ensuring our employees and contractors have a smooth and enjoyable onboarding experience.
Currently experiencing rapid growth, we are in need of a team player who wants to make a real impact to the business from day one. As with any fast-growing organisation, anyone joining needs to be ‘up for the ride’, with ongoing change and challenges the norm. Your ability to successfully manage competing priorities, rapidly problem solve and stay focused will be relied upon in this role.
