Incite Solutions Group is seeking passionate and experienced health professionals who are either skilled in the provision of excellent workplace rehabilitation services or possess good assessment and case management skills and are interested in transitioning into the workplace rehabilitation industry.

Role purpose

The Senior Rehabilitation Consultant role works as part of a multi-disciplinary allied-health team, and is responsible for the management of a case-load of clients who have experienced an injury (psychological or physical). This role is responsible for working with clients, to establish rehabilitation and return to work goals in a timely and efficient manner. This includes the management of health conditions, the identification of suitable vocational goals and the support and guidance to achieve these goals. 
In addition, the Senior Rehabilitation Consultant role is expected to manage a higher caseload, working with clients with a higher level of complexity, undertake case reviews and deliver services at a level that requires minimal quality checks.  Due to the skill level of this role it is expected to provide assistance with maintaining high levels of quality across the business and to provide a level of coaching and support to Rehabilitation Consultants to assist in their skills and experienced development.
This position is semi-autonomous and it is expected that the consultant manages their time effectively.

Either National Manager National Manager – Rehabilitation & Consultancy Services or National Manager – DVA Business & Workforce Capability

  • Demonstrate a high level of CM skills with the ability to work effectively with complex clients
  • Contribute to the coaching and induction of staff
  • Require minimal supervision and support
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enable repeat business
  • Take on active role in continuous improvement and quality practices
  • Be a role model demonstrating ISG values and work practices
  • Meets internal and external KPI’s and billing expectations
