Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead a team of two Field Service Technicians (Brisbane and Melbourne based) and three Business Coordinators based in Melbourne. You are responsible for providing outstanding service and support of installed V-ZUG appliances Australia wide. You will achieve this through your effective leadership of both the internal team and third party service partners. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in delivering end to end business work flows, including systems and understanding processes and their impact across the organisation.

The role is based in the Melbourne suburb of Kew.
You will most likely have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a consumer goods or a service provider environment, and retail exposure, whilst not essential would be an advantage. You will have very good verbal and written communication skills and have developed a high level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Your experience will showcase not only your management and business skills, but how you have successfully developed a small team capable of delivering outstanding service and support in a challenging and fast paced environment.
